The Administrative Assistant holds primary responsibility for the meticulous processing of invoices in alignment with purchase orders. This entails a diligent matching of invoices to statements within established timeframes. Furthermore, this role entails collaborative engagement with the Project Managers regarding purchase orders and associated costs. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant is tasked with communicating with vendors to reconcile pricing discrepancies not consistent with purchase orders. Ensuring systematic indexing of all invoices and statements is also imperative. Moreover, the Administrative Assistant plans a pivotal role in maintaining exemplary customer service standards by warmly greeting all employees and guests upon their arrival to the office.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Education Development Diploma.
  • Ability to pass a drug screening.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Knowledge of Accounts Payable.
  • 3 years’ experience with Customer Service or Administrative responsibilities preferred.
  • Efficient Data Entry experience
