Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; personable and confident working with all levels of the company. Comfortable making decks, presentations, and clear documentation. Ideally some technical fluency (automation, tooling, light scripting) and interest in markets/trading concepts. Prior exposure to HR/ops systems (Rippling, Ashby, etc.) a plus. Must be in-person in NYC and available to work in-office during working hours. Compensation & Benefits
