Salary: $20-$30/hour (based on experience)

Details

Location: Lenexa, KS | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Onsite

Responsibilities

  • Validate and approve invoices for payment, ensuring proper cost center assignment and accuracy.
  • Maintain precise records, resolve billing discrepancies, and communicate with vendors to ensure seamless processes.
  • Prepare and organize project deliverables, take detailed meeting notes, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Assist the Systems Integrator by tracking project timelines, tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent) with excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve, adapt to shifting priorities, and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Comfortable following different guidelines for various customers and managing multiple relationships at once.
