Oculoplastic Surgeon
to join our team of excellent providers. The position is for
full-time, 100%
oculoplastic care and surgery. The ideal candidate would be comfortable with lacrimal, eyelid, and orbital surgeries in both pediatrics and adults. Practice may be customized to provider preference, purely functional practice or as much cosmetic surgery as desired. The candidate will also work with other specialties including ENT, plastic surgery, neurosurgery, and dermatology for joint cases. This is a teaching hospital, training residents and medical students from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine-Greenville. There are also plentiful clinical research opportunities, including collaboration with colleagues in related specialties. Responsibilities and scope Provide comprehensive oculoplastic care and surgery (lacrimal, eyelid, orbital) for adult and pediatric patients. Collaborate with ENT, plastic surgery, neurosurgery, and dermatology for multidisciplinary cases. Participate in teaching residents and medical students from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine-Greenville. Engage in clinical research opportunities in collaboration with related specialties.
