Position Summary: This position is the assistant to the Office Manager at the RCLD. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operation of the RCLD, answering the main telephone, handling front-office reception of clients, receiving intake packets, scheduling clients, data entry into the client database, and preparing psychometric summaries.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills. Ability to use discretion with confidential information. Ability to use independent judgement. Ability to work under limited supervision.
Physical Demands: Sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling; spending long periods of time at a computer.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Answer the main phone lines and serve as the front office contact for the RCLD. Explain evaluation process to potential clients, handle referrals, and make appointment reminder calls.
- Prepare summaries for reports from client test scores.
- Check all RCLD email accounts daily and respond appropriately.
- Data entry: Enter client data into the RCLD Research database upon completion of evaluation.
- Monitor office supplies and notify the office manager when ordering is needed.
