About the RoleAt MOD BIKES, we dont just sell e-bikes we create experiences and expand our community. Were looking for a Creative Director + Lead Content Creator to shape and drive that experience across every touchpoint: photos, videos, graphics, ads, website, and social.This role is part strategist, part creator, and part leader. Youll set the creative direction for the brand, build briefs that spark ideas, and guide how we use new and existing content across channels. But you wont just be behind the scenes youll also grab the camera, shoot lifestyle and product content, and collaborate with editors, freelancers, and other creators to bring your vision to life.Were looking for someone whos clever, resourceful, and hungry to create content thats not only beautiful and on-brand, but also smart, engaging, and designed to convert.What Youll DoCreative Direction: Develop briefs, campaign ideas, and strategies for content across paid ads, organic social, website, and beyond.Hands-On Creation: Shoot photos and videos (studio + lifestyle), and jump into editing when needed.Collaboration: Work with editors, photographers, designers, and content creators to execute big ideas.Repurposing & Scaling: Maximize the value of existing content by adapting it for different platforms and formats.Leadership: Manage contractors and freelancers; build and mentor a growing creative team.Brand Growth: Ensure MODs voice and visuals are consistent, engaging, and evolving to keep us ahead of the curve.What You Bring Big bucket of MOD vibes: curious, collaborative, clever, fun and driven to make things happen.A sharp creative mind with a portfolio that shows both direction and execution.Experience creating content that fuels growth from paid ads to brand storytelling.Skills in photography and videography (shooting + editing).Strong understanding of digital platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, web) and what works on each.Confidence working with freelancers and contractors.
