Responsibilities
Execute / Support: Configure, enhance, and maintain existing HR systems to deliver desired functionality, promote efficient business processes, and improve user experience. Serve as a point of contact for Business Unit HR Technology owners regarding system-related questions and issues, providing timely and effective support. Troubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed by opening and managing vendor tickets to ensure timely resolution. Support enterprise and business initiatives related to HR technologies, including implementations, migrations, and cross-functional projects. Engage and Enhance: Improve employee and user experience with HR technologies by establishing relationships with SMEs within each business unit and supporting governance groups for each technology. Analyze: Monitor and assess current technologies and system processes to ensure desired outcomes. Manage system releases, ensuring smooth implementation of enhancements, patches, and prioritized feature implementations. Maintain data privacy and security standards to ensure compliance and protect employee records. Educate and Inform: Assist in onboarding new system administrators to ensure seamless adoption of technology. Recommend: Provide guidance to Business Units and HR Partners on effective use of technologies and recommend process and system improvements to internal colleagues/departments. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications
Education / Experience Bachelors degree in human resources, information systems or related field Demonstrated project coordination experience Knowledge of XML, HTML, JavaScript and Google Analytics is a plus Skills / Competencies Strong time management and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Solution-focused problem solver Strong customer service skills with a focus on responsiveness and effective issue resolution Ability to quickly learn new applications and programs High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across tasks and deliverables Demonstrated research and analytics skills Proficient with Microsoft Office programs Benefits
