We are looking for an experienced and passionate
Senior Power BI Engineer
to design, develop, and deploy robust business intelligence solutions. If you excel at transforming complex data into actionable insights, thrive in a collaborative Agile environment, and have a strong command of the Azure data stack, this could be your opportunity! In this role, you will be a key player in our data-driven decision-making process. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our BI solutions, from data processing pipelines to final reports, ensuring our business teams have the reliable and timely data they need to succeed. Responsibilities: Develop & Deploy Power BI Reports with Azure Analysis Service and Databricks. Develop and support ADF Pipelines for data processing. Build complex SQL queries and Stored Procedures and deploy them as ADF Jobs. Create and enhance the Azure Analysis Service (AAS). Perform defect fixes on Power BI Reports and build complex Databricks queries. Provide production support for Power BI and AAS reports. Design and develop applications with an eye towards simplicity, reliability, manageability, scalability, extensibility, performance, and testing. Work collaboratively with technical and business team members to develop and maintain business solutions following Agile development principles. Provide technical expertise in the areas of architecture, design, implementation, development, testing, and deployment. Engage actively in building out a dynamic and productive development organization and continuously improving practices and methodology. Actively attend team and department meetings to give updates and demos. Write thorough tests to improve developed code. Must-Have Skills: Robust understanding and hands on Experience with

model Build . Hands on Experience and Expertise in Microsoft Azure & ADF. Robust understanding and ability to write Performance tuned Complex Queries in Databricks. Hands on experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM Hands-on Experience with
GIT Self-motivated team player who excels in a collaborative environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice to Have Skills: Track record of collaboration with Business Partners and Product Managers demonstrating translation of complex business requirements into simple software solutions. Strong sense of personal accountability; contributes beyond job role and responsibilities. Technology enthusiast that enjoys researching and selecting new technologies that meet software development needs in an agile development environment. Thorough understanding of Object-Oriented principles (Analysis and Design). Experience in JAVA and Sprint Boot Applications. Full lifecycle development experience on large projects, creating distributed and scalable business systems. Experience with relational databases like MySQL Experience with writing Unit tests, Integration tests, Performance tests, and E2E tests. Understands CI/CD Pipelines, JAVA, and preferred experience with Git Hub Actions. Avenue Code discloses salary range information based on our commitment to fairness and transparency.
