MTH Industries is seeking a skilled and experienced Glass Project Manager to lead commercial glazing projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in contract commercial glazing, with a deep understanding of systems including curtain wall, storefront, interior glazing, herculite doors, heavy glass doors, and sidelites. This role requires strong technical knowledge, organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate teams across design, procurement, fabrication, and field installation. Key responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of multiple commercial glazing projects, overseeing design, shop drawing submittals and approvals, procurement, and installation, leading teams in planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, coordinating fieldwork and collaborating with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, identifying and resolving job site challenges and technical issues, tracking project milestones, managing risks, and ensuring quality standards are met, providing clear status reporting and proactive communication to all stakeholders, and establishing best practices and contributing to continuous process improvement. Qualifications include a minimum of 10 years of experience in contract commercial glazing, in-depth knowledge of curtain wall, storefront, interior glazing, herculite doors, heavy glass doors, and sidelites, strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); Bluebeam experience preferred, excellent communication and leadership skills, organized, deadline-focused, and detail-oriented, and must pass a 7-year criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening (Applicants on probation, parole, or in diversion programs cannot be considered). Preferred qualifications include experience in estimating, bidding, and negotiating glazing contracts, familiarity with CAD, Revit, Advance Steel, and/or Tekla, and experience with vendor management and project financial tracking.
