Job Details

• Position: Class-A CDL Driver
• Pay: $29.50 per hour + benefits
• Route: Regional with some overnight layovers
• Perks: Sign-On Bonus up to $1,500; Safety/Retention Bonus up to $2,000 annually; ESOP; 10 paid holidays; Paid Time Off (MyTime); 401(k); per diem for overnight stays; hotel expenses covered for overnight stays
• Equipment: Curtain-side trailers; commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Operate and safely drive assigned delivery vehicle with GVW up to 80,000 lbs
• Ensure trailer pin is properly attached and contents are secured
• Transport goods from origin to destination; obtain signatures or warehouse scans to confirm deliveries
• Stay on predetermined routes and ensure timely deliveries
• Communicate with dispatch as needed; maintain logs of driving and working hours
• Inspect vehicle prior to and after trips; keep vehicle clean; report maintenance or delivery issues
• Follow delivery schedules, rest appropriately, and comply with all rules and regulations
• Obey traffic laws and drive according to weather/road conditions; comply with ICC and DOT regulations

Required Talents, Skills, and Expertise

• Possess and maintain a valid Class A CDL
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must be able to operate a manual transmission
• Ability to comply with DOT & CDL regulations
• Pass MVR in accordance with company requirements
• Pass a company-paid post-offer DOT physical and drug screen
