Job Description Salary: $85k-$110k+ OTE Quiet Village Landscaping has an immediate opening for a Sales Representative with proven sales success in the home service industry who will help us aggressively grow our landscape design & property maintenance services here in the Greater St. Louis market.
Expected first year base salary: $55,000-$60,000 ( depending on experience ) Expected first year
commission : $25,000-$60,000+ (uncapped!)
Our ideal candidate will have full knowledge and understanding of sales pipeline management, experience utilizing a CRM system, and the ability to demonstrate and articulate a successful sales cycle from start to finish. We're looking for someone with collective experience in relationship and solutions-based selling, closing new business, creating customer partnerships, and pricing accounts profitably. Having landscape design sales experience is a plus! This position requires a combination of in-person sales calls with clients/site visits and working in office as needed. No cold calling!
Job Duties & Requirements: 3-5+ years previous B2C sales experience, home service industry experience or landscaping industry preferred Experience prospecting, qualifying & closing new business with target clients Ability to take an inbound lead and quickly qualify fit or not Experience selling a
service
vs. a product Ability to get prospects past the nice to have stage Regularly utilize and maintain a sales pipeline within a CRM system Collaborative attitude and ability to workwith other team members Perform other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor
Nice to Haves: Experience in estimating and operations with specific construction project focus Design experience - an eye for landscape design and/or interior design
