Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join the Platform team, focusing on driving execution across technology and process improvement initiatives. This role requires coordination with teams across the US, Canada, and India, and a strong ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset to the position, utilizing their vast experience to navigate complex programs, drive change, and ensure alignment with overarching business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive technical program management, coordinating across various geographies. Partner with key stakeholders within product management, engineering, and quality to achieve program objectives. Communicate effectively with Directors, VPs, and other high-level stakeholders about program status, risks, and strategy. Prioritize initiatives, manage risks, and make strategic recommendations. Support business process improvements, driving faster decision-making and operational efficiencies.
Must-Have Skills
Strong program management leadership with the ability to oversee complex projects. Exceptional communication skills with a knack for clear and impactful presentations. Proven capacity to navigate matrix environments and build effective partnerships.
Industry Experience Required
Extensive experience (8-10 years) in technology-focused programs is necessary. A background in computer science or a similar field is highly preferred, alongside a preference for candidates with Agile training and experience.
