Archer Western Construction is currently seeking a Water Truck Driver for the CAP/LPP Intersection Wellfield Project, in Peoria, AZ. The Water Truck Driver will drive a Water Truck with a capacity of at least three tons to transport water as needed around the jobsite. Our employees are built to succeed. Overview (Spanish) Archer Western Construction está buscando actualmente un Conductor del Camión de Agua para el CAP/LPP Intersection Wellfield Project, en la ciudad de Peoria, AZ. El Conductor del Camión de Agua conducirá un camión de agua con una capacidad de al menos tres toneladas para transportar agua según sea necesario alrededor del sitio de trabajo. Responsibilities
- Operates truck to move and/or transport water as required by jobsite
- Must have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials
- May oil, grease, service, and make normal maintenance adjustments on equipment
- May perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
- Requires commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- 3-5 years of truck driving experience preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; may be required to work in adverse weather conditions
- Requires the ability to comply with all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure projects are completed properly
- Possess a strong work ethic and desire to learn
- Requires good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
