Lead BI Strategy & Team Development: Guide the design and optimization of dashboards and reporting tools, and mentor the team to foster ownership and continuous improvement Reporting Automation & Efficiency: Oversee automation of recurring reports to reduce manual effort and improve delivery speed and ensure consistent, high-quality insights Stakeholder Collaboration & Request Management: Partner with business leaders to understand reporting needs and prioritize and manage incoming requests aligned with strategic goals Power BI Development & Enablement: Lead development of Power BI dashboards and tools and provide training to promote self-service analytics and data literacy Data Governance & Infrastructure Alignment: Ensure clean, reliable data through strong governance practices and align reporting infrastructure with IT and source system Perks you will enjoy!
