Marketing Manager

to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, multichannel strategies, and performance marketing within a manufacturing arena. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent analytical skills who can effectively manage campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and e-commerce. The Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. We are a manufacturer and distributor of gas detection and air sampling instrumentation and a major supplier of gas detection tubes. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Actively participates in developing and implementing the Companys business plan and strategic direction. 2. Actively participates in the development of the annual financial plan and development of the annual marketing capital and operating expense budgets of the Marketing department, including trade show activities. 3. Participates in, directs and coordinates the Companys global marketing functions. 4. Develops and manages a highly effective Marketing team to create and implement the Companys global marketing strategy, positioning, advertising and promotional campaigns which are appropriate for the Company; monitors performance to determine effectiveness of all initiatives and campaigns to ensure that the required results are being achieved and that expenditures are within budgetary or other approved guidelines. 5. Researches and provides guidance on pricing strategies, including competitor and market related pricing, which are appropriate to the Companys products and markets. 6. Develops and executes comprehensive lead generation strategies for targeted inbound leads. 7. Develops and executes a comprehensive content development strategy, including targeted email campaigns, blogs, white papers, videos, graphics, etc. that leverages Sensidyne s subject matter expertise to build content authority designed to generate leads. 8. Oversees and manages any third-party consultants used for marketing efforts. Ensures these consultants meet all deadlines and performance metrics within their approved budget. 9. Oversees, directs, and coordinates the Companys trade show efforts making sure the Company is represented at appropriate industry-relevant trade shows within approved budget guidelines, and trade shows attended deliver measurable returns on the companys investment. 10. Actively participates in voice of the customer activities to ensure appropriate and compelling positioning and presentation of Sensidyne products. 11. Works closely with sales channel partner marketing departments to ensure best positioning and marketing of Sensidyne products. 12. Directs and oversees all aspects of the Companys global marketing function including building digital infrastructure, strong online presence, driving lead generation, and supporting development of new products and services. 13. Researches and develops strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development. 14. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results. 15. Plans and coordinates public affairs and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach. 16. Participates in the development of new product ideas and project proposals, including the coordination and approval of a detailed scope of work and product specifications where required; ensures new product developments include voice of the customer input. 17. Supervises the planning and development of the Companys global marketing and communications methods and materials. 18. Represents the company at various community and/or business meetings and venues to promote the Company in a positive way. 19. Supervises the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotional programs. 20. Leads customer service team and ensures they are well-informed of business activities, sales and marketing efforts, and strategic goals and objectives to deliver exceptional customer service on a consistent basis. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Directs and supervises direct report staff members. Provides timely feedback based on objective measures of performance, including mid-year and annual reviews, regarding job performance in accordance with Company performance management guidelines. Implements corrective measures as required. Establishes annual goals and objectives for direct reports. Ensures goals and objectives are established in a collaborative process with subordinates and that goals and objectives align with job responsibilities, corporate strategic objectives and project plans. Appraises employee performance in a fair and objective fashion. Rewards, corrects and disciplines employees as required. Addresses employee complaints and resolves problems in a timely fashion. Communicates with staff on a regular basis to ensure staff is kept apprised of important information and of current priorities. QUALIFICATIONS: SKILLS: Seasoned professional with marketing management experience Strong analytical skills and business sense Sound leadership ability and skills Strong knowledge of, and experience with, current marketing tools and techniques Well-developed sense of urgency Strong attention to detail and accuracy Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Well organized with sound problem solving ability Strong knowledge of sales channel development and management Strong Global experience in business development Strong general knowledge in the field of an industrial instrumentation Strong communications skills listening, verbal and written Understanding of Commercial Terms and Conditions Strong knowledge of current CRM and ERP systems.
