We are seeking a highly skilled RPA Architect with deep expertise in Blue Prism, Python, AI/Machine Learning, infrastructure design, and BPM/case management platforms (e.g., Chorus/AWD). The ideal candidate will design robust, scalable, and secure automation solutions that integrate RPA with advanced AI capabilities, complex enterprise systems, and BPM workflows. This role requires technical mastery, architectural vision, and strong leadership to drive automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership: Define and drive the architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise RPA solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. Integration Design: Architect and oversee the integration of RPA solutions with BPM suites like Chorus/AWD for end-to-end workflow automation. Automation Implementation: Lead end-to-end automation design using Blue Prism & Python, integrating with enterprise applications and data sources. RPA Environment Design: Create robust, scalable, and resilient RPA environments with emphasis on security, performance, disaster recovery, and high availability. Technical Expertise & Integration: Serve as SME for Blue Prism, integrate Python scripts into RPA workflows, and leverage AI/ML concepts with RPA (cognitive services, OCR/IDP, NLP). Infrastructure Collaboration: Work with infrastructure teams to define and optimize servers, networks, databases, and security for RPA/AI components; manage API integrations to minimize UI-based automation where possible. Standards & Governance: Establish standards, coding guidelines, and governance for RPA/AI initiatives; contribute to COE frameworks and tooling. Team Collaboration & Mentorship: Mentor RPA & Python developers, collaborate with analysts, process owners, and project managers; foster innovation and continuous improvement. What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. 7+ years IT experience, with at least 4+ years in AI/RPA architecture. Expert-level Blue Prism architecture, design, and development. Strong Python programming skills and experience integrating Python into RPA workflows. Understanding of BPM methodologies and principles (modeling, execution, monitoring, optimization). Hands-on experience with BPM suites or Case Management platforms (Chorus/AWD), including workflow configuration and orchestration. Experience designing and integrating AI/ML models (NLP, CV) into business processes. Solid knowledge of enterprise infrastructure (servers, networking, cloud, databases) and their impact on automation. API integration experience (REST/SOAP) and data formats (JSON/XML). Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field. Blue Prism certifications (e.g., Solution Architect, Technical Architect). Experience with other RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere). Familiarity with DevOps/CI/CD for automation. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for RPA/AI deployments. Experience in regulated industries (e.g., Finance, Healthcare).
