High School Diploma Possess and/or eligible for a SECRET Security Clearance Experience Required
Experience in disbursing travel claim background with a minimum of four (4) years of experience processing travel claims within the Integrated Automated Travel System (IA TS). Minimum four (4) years technical experience with DoD travel liquidation procedures. Previous experience in the DoD community is highly desirable, as military, Government civilian, or Contractor. Job Objective
The agency is U.S. Special Operations Command in Virginia Beach, VA. AD Specialists support administrative tasks such as reviewing, correcting, and documenting travel documentation, downloading reports from TPAX, IATS, DTS, CitiBank CitiManager, and performing customer service functions. They handle TAD travel voucher requests, funded or "no cost orders," for the command. Responsibilities
Download, process, and analyze travel data from TPAX, IATS, and DTS reports. Assist with military and civilian travel payments, voucher preparation, and administrative maintenance of TPAX, IATS, and DTS. Analyze and audit travel reimbursement vouchers for completeness and accuracy. Review and verify all receipts in travel vouchers. Support voucher processing for travel worldwide in collaboration with the Travel Management Department, N84. Process travel vouchers via IA TS and DTS, ensuring compliance with regulations, and communicate with travelers as needed. Provide guidance on travel voucher review functions to military and civilian personnel. Review and route for approval airfare costs charged to IBAs, including validating refunds to prevent overpayments. Track and file documentation supporting letters of appointment (DD577).
