This high-impact role will focus on expanding market share, defining and executing business strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.Job Summary The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth in the Medical and Healthcare markets, with a focus on Electrical Manufacturing Services (EMS). The role requires deep expertise in selling into Medical OEMs, managing complex sales cycles, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of proven success in Electrical Manufacturing or related industries and a strong ability to influence, lead, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic business plans to accelerate market growth and profitability.Identify, pursue, and onboard new customers in the Medical and Healthcare markets.Support mergers and acquisitions aligned with long-term growth objectives.Lead strategies to expand market share, focusing on new business acquisition.Design and implement targeted marketing initiatives to drive demand and visibility.Manage and grow strategic customer accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.Collaborate with teams to deliver competitive, accurate pricing and proposals.Develop compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to customer needs.Oversee the full sales cycle—from prospecting to quoting—ensuring execution and follow-through.Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term growth.Continuously evaluate and refine business development strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.Partner with quoting and supply chain teams to ensure competitive, accurate proposals.QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; 10+ years of experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), Contract Manufacturing (CM), or OEM electronics industry.Proven success in driving business growth.Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and building relationships with clientsStrong understanding of strategic planning, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Deep understanding of commercial terms and cost models.Travel: up to 50%
