Manages multiple projects at any given time Coordinate internal resources & third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of a project Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, & within budget Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives, & requirements involving all relevant stakeholders & ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability & allocation to the assigned project Develop a detailed project plan to monitor & track progress using the Atlassian project management tool Manage changes to the project scope, requirements, schedule & project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools & techniques Perform risk management to minimize project risks Report & escalate any project risks/issues to the Project & Transformation Manager Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with IOP &/or state agency stakeholder as well as other staff members using the Atlassian project management tool Provide updates on all projects to the Project Management Office (PMO) team during regularly scheduled PMO team meetings Manage the relationship with the client & all stakeholders Establish & maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Responsible for continuous project management improvement/training (e.g., Certified Scrum Master certificate/renewal, Professional Project Management Certificate, & any additional project management methodologies training identified) Act As Project Manager For Statewide InnovateOhio Platform (IOP) Projects

Acts as primary project manager on assigned IOP enterprise projects Manages multiple User Experience (website) &/or Identity projects Proactively manages the IOP stakeholder customer relationship Participates in DAS/IOP contract compliance (examples: Project cost & deliverables) Assumes accountability for all project executions, service delivery, & overall performance for assigned projects Assists IOP in general project management functions Provides regular updates to the Project & Transformation Manager on projects status, risks, etc. Responsible for managing the full project lifecycle (planning, build-up, implementation, & close-out of the project) Responsible & accountable for the documentation of all project work using the Atlassian project management tool Serves as backup to other project managers when necessary & appropriate Continuous Improvement And Training

Responsible for continuous improvement related to process visualization tools (MS Visio, etc.), project management skills (requirements gathering [functional and nonfunctional] testing [SIT/UAT], etc.) and project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Certified Scrum Master certification). 3 yrs. exp. in project management (i.e., management & development of project/program requirements, design, development, testing/pilot, training & full scale implementation), with experience to be commensurate with project/program &/or position description on file (e.g., specific human service program area, management information sciences, fiscal); 12 mos. exp. in budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects. Or Successful completion of 2 yrs. post-secondary education majoring in business administration, public administration, computer science/information technology, social science, or health, with major being commensurate with project to be assigned; 12 mos. exp. in budgeting & calculating cost projections of program/projects. Or equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above. Job Skills
