Compensation
Starting Rate: $19.50 per hour
Hourly Pay Range: $19.50 – $20.69
What You Will Do
- Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer finds the perfect choice. Exceptional service is our top priority.
- Retail Sales Goals: Help achieve store and individual sales goals. Develop skills in retail sales and product knowledge.
- Store Operations: Maintain an appealing store, organize displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (up to 50 pounds) and standing for most of the shift.
- Cashier Duties: Process payments accurately and ensure customers leave with a positive impression.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve the customer experience and drive sales.
- Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and standards.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
- Experience in retail, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
