Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and transformation to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Utilize advanced SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Support quantitative and statistical analysis for business forecasting and risk assessment.
• Document methodologies, data dictionaries, and analysis processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills for data querying and analysis.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or SAS for data processing and advanced analytics.
• Expertise in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
• Must have prior experience working with or supporting projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Background in financial services, mortgage, or related industries.
• Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
