Overview
City Wide is seeking a dynamic Data Analyst to join our growing team. We are looking for someone to work onsite, but will consider remote candidates.
What You’ll Achieve
You will develop and update standard and custom reports using Power BI and other tools, ensuring data accuracy through rigorous validation processes. By collaborating with business leaders and the IT Analytics team, you will maintain and enhance the data warehouse, uncover trends, and drive improvements in business processes, franchise performance, and overall profitability. Your insights will enable data-driven decisions that support growth and efficiency of City Wide franchises.
Who You Are
You bring strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with proven experience in data analytics and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau. You have excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across business and IT teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with cloud platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems further strengthen your ability to deliver impactful analytics and solutions.
