Overview

Our enterprise client has an opening for a Program/Vendor Portfolio Analyst to support a Global Program Mgmt office and vendor mgmt team. Candidate will have exceptional Excel and reporting experience. Hybrid environment for 6 to 12 months. Location: Bridgewater, New Jersey. Job type: Contract. Salary: $30 - 35 per hour. Work hours: 9am to 5pm. Education: Bachelor’s.

Responsibilities

• Data analysis in global enterprise Program and Vendor Management Office
• Oversee some manual activities and provide value reporting based on these activities
• Hands-on ability to manipulate data
• Take work, analyze it, and create value-added reporting
• Financial analysis – accruals, forecasting based on guidance from managers
• Dive into deeper analysis on data
• Excel – active knowledge for data analysis
• Power BI experience is a plus
• Finance background preferred
• Invoice processing experience highly preferred
• MS Office Suite experience – Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Forms (large Microsoft shop)
• Data manipulation – creating complicated reports within pivot tables
• Excel skills with pivot tables, graphs, XLOOKUPs
• Skills with budgeting and documentation

Qualifications

• Experience generating reports in Excel and other financial reporting applications, web-based and off-the-shelf products
• Very detail-oriented; proficient in Excel and Jira
• Financial/accounting experience and strong interest
• Hybrid: 3 days in office
• Possible to renew and possible temp-to-perm
• Bachelor’s degree with 1 to 7 years experience supporting an enterprise procurement, vendor management, and program management office
