Consultant - Data Analytics
• Job Description Summary
Data and Analytics consultant is responsible for helping drive data-driven initiatives that provide actionable insights to inform strategic business decisions. This role involves managing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from various sources to support product development, marketing, sales optimization, and overall business strategy. Consultant will collaborate closely with the Manager of Data Analytics, Managers of Market Research and Competitive Intelligence, and cross-functional teams to drive a culture of data-based decision-making across the organization.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Strategy and Management: Develop and implement data analytics strategies, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and effective use across the organization.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions. Present findings in clear, actionable reports and visualizations.
• Advanced Analytics: Utilize advanced models, predictive analytics, to support strategic initiatives such as market forecasting, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Manager of Data Analytics, Managers of Market Research and Competitive Intelligence, marketing, sales, and product development teams to align data analytics efforts with broader business objectives.
• Data Governance and Quality Control: Establish processes and best practices for data governance, ensuring data quality and consistency across different sources and platforms.
• Performance Measurement: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business strategies and marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
• Tool and Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement data analytics tools and technologies to enhance the organization's ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
• Support Strategic Projects: Collaborate with the Director of Strategy, Insights, Analytics, and Competitive Intelligence on key strategic projects, contributing data-driven insights that inform business planning.

Key Capabilities:
• Advanced analytical skills to analyze complex data sets, evaluate data intregrity, and translate to business use cases.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization and transforming raw data into clear dashboards that inform strategy.
• Understanding of data analysis tools and software (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with data warehousing and governance to ensure data security and privacy.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address data-related challenges and develop innovative solutions to support changing dynamic team needs.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical or healthcare industries or highly regulated segments.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Analytics or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Healthcare/Biotechnology/Diagnostics Experience Required
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including experience with advanced analytics techniques and data management.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights that influence strategic business decisions.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in data analytics tools and platforms.
