Are you a reliable, hands-on worker who loves tackling interior projects? Flaxilia Investments LLC is looking for dedicated, full-time Interior Repair Workers to join our team. Whether you have experience in Painting, Drywall, Light electrical, Light Plumbing, Flooring, Carpentry, Bathroom Remodels & Kitchen Remodels—we want YOU!

We are hiring full-time employees (NOT contractors) to be part of our growing company. We have unlimited work and this a full time Monday through Friday position all year long.

Types of Trades We Need

• Interior Repairs: Skills in kitchen, bathroom, flooring, drywall, painting, and general interior maintenance/repairs.
• Rental Property Turnarounds: Help make properties move-in ready.
• CMHA Property Repairs: Maintain high standards for rental properties.

What We’re Looking For

• Has transportation to and from job sites.
• Owns tools
• Hard-working and reliable individuals who thrive in a team environment.
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and contribute as a team player.
• A strong willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
