Candidate Profile

• Review job site info from photos and notes.
• Estimate projects using Xactimate and Symbility.
• Train and provide feedback to estimators.
• Handle monthly software adjustments.
• Submit estimates timely for approval.
• Experience with 3D scanning software like Matterport is a plus.
• Effective communication with team, project managers, and insurance adjusters.
• Produce supplements and change orders as needed.

Requirements

• Expertise in Xactimate and Symbility.
• At least 5 years of estimating experience, 10+ preferred.
• Ability to produce profitable estimates.
• Experience working with TPAs.
• Ability to handle high volume and quick turnarounds.
• Ability to train estimators on industry trends and guidelines.
