Connexus Hub is hiring: Project Manager in Monterey

Salary: $180K+ DOE

Overview:
Connexus Hub is seeking a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day technical task execution across multiple IT domains, ensuring on-time delivery, risk management, and alignment with the Program Managers direction and Government priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily execution of PWS task areas (ITS/RSS, CIN, Cybersecurity, DCO/AppDev, ITRM).
• Coordinate tasking, schedule activities, and track milestones using MS Project.
• Provide weekly updates to the Program Manager and COR on progress, risks, and resource utilization.
• Lead special initiatives such as lifecycle refresh, IA vulnerability remediation campaigns, or major network upgrades.
• Supervise task leads and ensure labor resources are cross-trained for surge readiness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in IT, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience supporting DoD programs.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional IT teams (20+ personnel).
• Strong background in schedule management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Clearance: Secret.
