Are you a construction professional with experience in Project Management and/or Estimating, that is looking for a leadership opportunity? If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you! We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a chance to work on a variety of projects, mainly in the Healthcare/OSHPD space, as well as some biotech and biopharma projects.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager, your core duties will include:

1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, from planning and design to construction and handover.
2. Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
3. Coordinating and communicating with all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
4. Ensuring all projects comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
5. Identifying potential risks or issues and implementing effective solutions.
6. Monitoring project progress regularly and making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
7. Reviewing and approving contractor and subcontractor invoices, ensuring all work is within contractual agreements.
8. Conducting post-project evaluation to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this exciting role, you should possess the following:

1. Experience in Healthcare/OSHPD/HCAI or something similar is preferred. Estimating experience is also a huge plus.
2. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
3. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
4. Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
5. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders.
6. Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
7. An in-depth understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
8. A professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly desirable.
9. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
