Are you an experienced accountant looking for a challenging and rewarding role? We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Senior Accountant to join our fast-paced Accounting and Finance team. You will be a vital part of our team, driving financial accuracy and contributing to strategic decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring they comply with company policies, industry regulations, and accounting principles.
• Conducting detailed income statement analyses and identifying trends to provide insightful financial data to management.
• Performing monthly bank reconciliations and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Assisting in the budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate and timely financial data.
• Collaborating with the finance team to streamline accounting procedures and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Participating in financial audits and coordinating with external auditors.
• Ensuring all financial operations are compliant with financial policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Supporting the finance management team in strategic decision-making processes by providing accurate financial information and forecasts.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting role, with a strong focus on financial reporting, income statement analysis, and bank reconciliations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced skills in Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make sound decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
