Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks experience strongly preferred).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounting Functions: Book purchase orders in accounting software (QuickBooks) and operations database; process accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and payment applications; support month-end close activities, including reconciliations and journal entries; maintain accurate financial records and assist in the preparation of financial statements; perform ad-hoc financial analyses and reports for management.
• Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and accurately; provide customers with clear project updates and support tracking of order and delivery status.
• Administrative Support: Assist with employee expense reporting and reimbursement processes; contribute to general office administrative tasks as needed.
