Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Teacher located in the Greater McAllen Area. The Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans and curricula, delivering instructional activities, assessing student progress, and maintaining a positive learning environment. The Teacher will also engage in parent-teacher meetings, provide support to students outside of class, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance educational practices and student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing lesson plans, curricula, and instructional activities
• Ability to assess and evaluate student progress
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for parent-teacher meetings and student support
• Collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues
• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field; teaching certification is required
• Passion for education and a commitment to ensuring every student’s success
• Experience in classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
