Base pay range

$10.00/hr - $10.00/hr

Responsibilities

  • Bring administrative skills and a welcoming, professional demeanor to the nursing center.
  • Be the first point of contact for patients, residents, family members, candidates or clients, and help manage their interactions with the center.
  • Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously and redirect them appropriately.
  • Warmly welcome, greet and direct patients, visitors, and guests.
  • Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail.
  • Maintain current lists of patients/residents by name/room number and employees by name/phone extension.
  • Order supplies and perform other clerical duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and visitors and respond to their medical and physical needs.
  • Excellent communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
