Pay and Benefits

• Base pay range: $16.00/hr - $20.00/hr
• $400 Sign On Bonus Available*

Responsibilities

• Help clients take prescribed medication
• Assist clients with ambulation, mobility, and transportation to appointments or activities
• Assist with personal care and hygiene
• Support clients with routine exercises
• Plan and prepare meals with client input
• Shop for clients or accompany them while shopping
• Perform light housekeeping duties as needed
• Provide companionship and report any unusual incidents
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies

Requirements

• Passion to serve others; true caregiver mindset
• Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid
• Housekeeping, cooking with dietary awareness
• Adherence to health and safety standards
• Respectful, compassionate, and with good time management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standards and physical endurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Own a vehicle with current insurance; Social Security Card
• Must meet qualifications to receive bonus
