Are you a creative, data-driven marketer who lives and breathes social media? Our Cosmetic Surgery and Med Spa practice is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our in-house marketing efforts. This role is perfect for someone who understands both the art and science of social media—from crafting engaging posts and managing ad campaigns, to analyzing performance metrics and staying on top of beauty/aesthetics trends.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a digital marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, patient engagement, and new consultations.
• Manage and create content for all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, film, edit, and post engaging photo and video content (behind the scenes, patient education, before/afters, staff highlights).
• Manage paid social and digital ads, optimizing for ROI.
• Take patient before and after photos.
• Oversee email marketing campaigns and patient newsletters.
• Update and maintain website content, ensuring strong SEO performance.
• Monitor analytics and provide regular reporting with recommendations.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to highlight services, promotions, and patient success stories.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in digital marketing and social media management (healthcare or beauty industry preferred).
• Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and video editing.
• Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, Google Ads, and SEO tools.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and algorithms.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• A creative storyteller with a passion for cosmetics, beauty, and aesthetics.
