Base salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company with future increases based on company and personal performance.

Responsibilities
- Execute high-impact landing page and funnel tests to optimize performance across high-traffic campaigns.
- Bring revenue-driving optimizations to life through hands-on building, multi-variate analysis, launching, and reporting for flawless execution and continuous iteration.
- Collaborate with optimization leads and cross-functional teams to move ideas quickly and reduce bottlenecks.
- Own QA and implementation of tests, ensuring accuracy and alignment with specifications.
Outcomes (Performance Expectations)
- Test Execution: Launch 2–3 high-quality A/B tests per week (copy, layout, UX flow) across desktop and mobile.
- QA & Launch Reliability: Ensure tests and optimizations are implemented error-free and tracked accurately.
- Insight Documentation: Summarize test results clearly to inform future optimizations.
- Multi-Variable Analyses: Create and monitor reports tracking multiple KPIs.
- Collaboration & Handoff: Work cross-functionally to finalize inputs and prep launches efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in a performance marketing or CRO execution role. You’ve launched tests, owned QA and implementation, and collaborated with strategic leads.
- Must Have: Strong follow-through and task ownership; experience running A/B tests, QA'ing launches, and reporting on test outcomes; comfortable updating copy, layout, and page flows within testing tools or CMS; solid understanding of what impacts conversion; working knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker); clear communicator who can work across Copy, Design, and Media teams; creative mindset to spot UX friction and suggest improvements based on behavior.
Compensation & Benefits
