Telecom Business Analyst Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Analyze and document business requirements for telecom services (e.g., billing, provisioning, CRM, OSS/BSS).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, and product management.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support system integration, data migration, and UAT during telecom platform upgrades or migrations.
• Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
• Monitor KPIs and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Assist in vendor evaluation and management (e.g., Amdocs, CSG, Netcracker).
• Ensure compliance with telecom regulations and data privacy standards. Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Revenue Assurance Consultant to telecom billing, revenue assurance, or financial auditing for our telecom systems. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of telecom protocols and standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Bachelors degree in Business, Information Systems, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the telecom industry.
• Strong understanding of telecom billing systems (e.g., convergent billing, prepaid/postpaid).
• Familiarity with OSS/BSS architecture and telecom lifecycle.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, SQL, and Visio.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Willing to learn and a self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
• Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer certifications. Platform Developer is preferred.
• MySQL is desired but not required
• Experience working with in-house Engineering/Product teams Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with telecom billing platforms (e.g., Amdocs, CSG, Netcracker).
• Knowledge of GAAP and telecom regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCC, SOX).
• Certifications such as CPA, CISA, or RA-specific credentials (e.g., GRAPA). Generic Managerial Skills, If any Communication, should have worked in onshore and offshore model Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 a year
