What you'll do:
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders from operations, engineering, IT, supply chain, and quality assurance to understand business processes and elicit, define, and analyze business requirements
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and data analysis to understand current processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze and map end-to-end manufacturing processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential areas for automation or digital transformation
  • Translate complex business needs into clear functional and technical specifications to provide technical teams
  • Identify opportunities for business process improvement and be a driver for change as needed


Qualifications
What you'll need:
  • BA/BS is in related field required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years prior experience in industrial engineering, information technology, manufacturing, or job-related field
  • Prior experience utilizing manufacturing technologies such as MES, ERP, WMS, SCADA, IIoT or other systems/automation tools
  • Must have solid understanding of manufacturing systems, digital transformation trends, and emerging technologies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actional business insights
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and intake ideas/feedback from across the organization
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing business needs
