Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representatives to join their client’s team in California. The ideal candidates will excel in delivering exceptional customer service and effectively handling customer inquiries. This role involves managing high volumes of inbound and outbound calls and ensuring a positive experience for every customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Required Work Hours

Full-time positions are available, with shifts typically running Monday through Friday.

Benefits

Competitive pay range from $20 to $22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may be available, including health insurance and paid time off.

Max Pay is $22. Min Pay is $20.
