Position

Cleaning Personnel - EVS (Day porters) — responsible for maintaining a clean, safe working environment in all areas of the Mia Aesthetics facility to which they are assigned. Ensure the facility presents a neat and professional image to the public and perform basic maintenance tasks including trash removal, front lobby support, restroom restocking, and responding to cleaning emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Empties regular waste and bio-waste receptacles and transports trash to designated area
• Disinfects common areas and high-touch surfaces (e.g., light switches, door handles, drinking fountains)
• Cleans and sanitizes chairs, tables, check-in devices, countertops, sinks, exterior of refrigerators, water coolers, and cabinets
• Cleans and sanitizes all restroom fixtures, mirrors, partitions, walls; wipes counters
• Spot cleans walls, light switches, glass, and doors
• Dusts low and high areas within normal reach
• Dustmops hard surface floors and performs wet mopping as needed
• Perimeter sweeps for trash pickup
• Restocks consumable supplies and maintains cleaning supplies stock; requests weekly replenishment orders
• Monitors, reports, and documents quality of 3rd party custodial support vendors
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle a variety of duties simultaneously and prioritize work

Education and Experience

• 1 year experience in a similar role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and reaching low or overhead
