Blue Sky Inspections Inc is hiring: Residential Cleaning Specialist in Lenexa

Overview

We are a mold remediation company located in Lenexa, KS. We are looking to hire 2 positions as a Residential Cleaning Specialist. This is a part-time position with inconsistent hours. The schedule is not fixed and can vary from week to week. We try to keep schedules Tuesday through Friday from 8 am to 2 pm. At times, it may be required to work Saturday. Typically working 12-24 hours per week. Pay is negotiable. A Residential Cleaning Specialist will need to be able to work on an individual basis as well as on a team with one to two other team members.

Responsibilities

• Detailed, fine cleaning, including vacuuming, brushing and damp wiping surfaces.
• Wiping household contents and packing items in totes.
• Setting up or adjusting equipment for drying or filtration.
• Squatting, crawling, and step ladder work are often required to access all areas of a home.
• Wear personal protective equipment as needed.
• Communication skills with other team members.
• Taking pictures and documentation.
• Flexibility with understanding projects may change location and/or job tasks at the last minute.
• Be willing to have a daily commute anywhere from 20-30 minutes within the KC Metro area. Jobs over that will be compensated.
• Receive constructive feedback. Work will be inspected with the expectation to redo tasks if necessary to ensure passing quality tests.

Qualifications

• Must have all the following Qualifications:
• Good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug test.

• Able to lift 50 pounds consistently.
• Have reliable transportation to work.
• Have a smartphone with a working camera.
• Valid email address.
