In this vital role, you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. Requirements

• Meets all state required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook as well as functional proficiency with DaVita specific applications within 60 days.

Salary range: $57,000 - $91,000 per year. Location-specific wage details available; compensation depends on qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. DaVita offers a competitive total rewards package including a 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
