About the Role We're seeking a Marketing Content & Design Manager to drive our creative storytelling across digital, social, and retail channels. This is a hands-on role for a versatile marketer who thrives at the intersection of content, design, and brand building. From social media to email campaigns, product photography to promotional design, you'll craft compelling experiences that engage our customers and elevate our brands.
What You'll DoALL Design and manage content for web, email, and social campaigns Lead photography and videography projects Maintain and refresh website content and promotional assets Create branded collateral to support sales and events Collaborate on brand campaign strategy and execution What We're Looking For Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Photography/videography and social media management experience WordPress, MailChimp, and Hootsuite familiarity a plus Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, or related field preferred A passion for wine is a bonus Why Join Us Be part of a growing, family-owned company with a dynamic team culture Creative, fast-paced role in the heart of Napa Valley Opportunity to shape the voice and look of a leading wine company To apply, please submit your resume, portfolio, and cover letter.
