Support the Sr HRIS Analyst with Workday HR suite JIRA tickets and testing. Perform HR lifecycle tests of HRIS enhancements, changes, upgrades, and other technical projects. Create, update, and maintain test scripts for HR, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent management, and payroll. Analyze testing results and log results on JIRA tickets. Maintain and manage Workday regression test cases. Assist with Workday release regression testing. Update job aids for HR system changes. Create, update, and run reports. Audit personnel data for new hires. Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:**
Minimum 2 years of hands-on Workday HR Suite experience. Planning, analysis, and implementation skills. Experience with complex reconciliations and reporting. Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills. Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience. **Essential Functions:**
Understand employee lifecycle events and HR processes. Define requirements, design business processes, and develop testing criteria. Create test plans and scripts for HR systems. Coordinate user acceptance testing with end-users. Develop training materials, reports, and dashboards. Other duties as assigned by management.
