Min Qualifications required: Bachelors / Masters Min Experience Required: (in no. of yrs) 1+ Experience or Knowledge in a specific subject or area required: Experience or training in technical writing, and/or design for usability. Previous experience writing interface text for consumer or enterprise software applications. Ability to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones. Innate curiosity for technology; gets hands-on with product to understand how it works Minimum Volunteer hours required: (in hrs per week) 15-20 Responsible for supporting growth in key target segments by driving technical marketing communication through various channels. Primary duties include creation and project management for how-to guides, knowledge base articles, whitepapers, and other supporting documents to communicate complex and technical information to both end users and internal staff. This person works closely with the cross-functional teams including Sales, Account Management, Trainers, Product Management, and Client Support teams, to ensure successful understanding and adoption of our platforms in the region. Should be able to answer questions and maintain question bank on Telegram. Essential Tasks: Create, edit, and update existing written documentation, on-screen text, or online knowledge base articles. Become a subject matter expert by working with the engineers on multiple Agile development teams and show ability to embed and become part of product teams to learn about new features in advance of release. Collect and understand a large amount of technical information from engineering teams, then translate and represent the information in a manner suitable to the target audience. Skills & Competencies: Technical background with specific experience in computer security or enterprise software; experience in network architecture and/or complex software deployments.
