Responsibilities We are seeking a

Picking Team Lead

to join our growing team. The

Picking Team Lead

responsibilities are assisting the department supervisor with daily planning and guiding with direct staff members to complete the Picking mandates in an efficient and timely manner. Must handle all department demands, expectations, deadline, administration duties, trouble shoot, and problem solve.

Position Responsibilities

Ensuring team members follow proper procedures, enforce good safety practices, department productivity and quality goals are achieved.

Maintaining excellent cross-functional and interdepartmental communication with all required departments and personnel.

Directs and oversees the delegation and follow up of skips and zeros.

Keep track of daily reports, problem areas, etc. and work directly with the picking and inventory supervisors to correct areas of concern.

Monitor systems and emails frequently to ensure good communication and customer satisfaction

Keep work areas clean and clear of safety hazards

Qualifications Position Qualifications and Requirements

Able good flexibility for work hours availability and can work weekends.

6 months or more experience with supervisory, team lead, or skip picker knowledge.

Picking experience.

High School Diploma/GED

Read, write, and understand the English language (Spanish is a plus+)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Excellent customer service skills and good communication skills.

Ability to lift 50-pounds and operate various materials handling equipment including fork trucks and pallet jacks.

Maintain and promote workplace safety

Securing and transferring cash or other assets.
