Chief of Staff / EA hybrid job opening, to CEO Founder who has a proven COO on their team. Remote based, living in Fort Lauderdale Miami Area, close to the CEOs home office in FTL for onsite meetings as required and definitely 3-5 days per week. Im leading a confidential executive search on behalf of a Founder/CEO of a >$100MM+ high-growth D2C digital marketplace company. The CEO is looking for an Executive Assistant who can operate at both strategic and tactical levels acting as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and confidant. With a proven COO already in place, this role is focused on optimizing the CEOs time, priorities, and confidential initiatives, not operations management. The ideal profile is: 712+ years experience supporting CEOs/Founders in entrepreneurial, fast-scaling small and medium size, award winning companies Comfortable managing and facilitating executive director board-level meetings, notes, materials, investors, VVIPs, and confidential projects, while also handling calendar, travel, and PA oversight including some home related tasks either director via a housekeeper Deep business understanding of D2C/eCommerce/digital marketing/digital marketplace models Passionate about one or more sports, health, wellness, fitness, supplements, at an advanced level like a biohacker Based in (or relocatable to) Fort Lauderdale, FL. This is a six-figure compensation package with performance bonus, and the chance to work closely with an inspiring Founder at the centre of an ambitious growth story, with a superb executive team in the COO, CMO, CTO, CFO functions as well as being part of a fantastic FTL/MIA Lifestyle!
