About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Clinical Physician Lead with a focus on Neuroinflammation and Multiple Sclerosis within the Immunology Cell Therapy division. This visionary role is dedicated to revolutionizing the treatment of immune-mediated diseases, particularly in the development of cellular therapies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert medical and scientific input to pre-clinical and clinical stage assets, leading the clinical development of cell therapies in neuroinflammatory indications, and ensuring the timely delivery of studies. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including those in oncology and rare diseases, is a key aspect of the position. The role demands a high level of strategic and operational leadership, as well as the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders. Applicants must have an MD or equivalent degree, with a specialty in neurology, neuroinflammation, or related neuroimmunology therapeutic area, ideally with expertise in Multiple Sclerosis. A minimum of 5 years' of experience in both the clinical setting and the drug development process is required, with a strong background as a clinical trialist in neuroinflammation. The role also requires a thorough understanding of the full drug development process, including clinical study design and execution, and a proven track record of leading high-performing global cross-functional teams. Experience in the clinical development of CAR-T-cell therapy is highly desired. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, can-do individual with a passion for science, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
