What you'll do as Lead Strategist:

Client Visionary:

Uncover client goals, conceptualize data-driven social and influencer marketing strategies, and lead the team in executing impactful campaigns that deliver measurable results.

Team Leader:

Provide expert oversight to social media strategists and influencer campaign leads, ensuring all accounts are exceeding client KPIs.

Platform Guru:

Demonstrate specialized knowledge of TikTok and Instagram, staying ahead of trends and algorithm changes to optimize campaign performance.

Trend Tracker:

Continuously research new digital technologies, influencer marketing trends, and platform best practices to cultivate innovative campaign approaches.

Campaign Architect:

Develop and design comprehensive influencer marketing and organic social media strategies tailored to client goals, focusing on KPIs like reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and website traffic.

Content Catalyst:

Collaborate with internal teams of strategists, writers, and designers to ensure content seamlessly aligns with the overall social media strategy and resonates with target audiences.

Retention Rockstar:

Drive client success and ensure account health through strategic oversight, successful renewal strategy checkpoints, and the ability to handle client escalations effectively.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on social media strategy and execution.

Proven track record of success in both organic social media marketing and influencer marketing within an agency or client-side environment (3+ years each preferred).

Deep understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, & TikTok) including algorithms, best practices, and content creation strategies for each.

Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance and audience engagement.

Ability to stay up-to-date on emerging social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Strong analytical skills to define client goals, identify target audiences, and develop data-driven social media strategies.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft compelling social media content calendars, captions, and campaign briefs.

Experience collaborating with internal teams (writers, designers) to ensure content aligns with the overall social media strategy.

Proven ability to lead and mentor social media strategists and influencer campaign leads.

Excellent project management skills to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and meet deadlines.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster a collaborative team environment and manage client relationships effectively.

Proficient in Mac and G Suite presentation tools.

Working knowledge of Google Analytics and basic website CMS platforms.

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Tagger) is a plus.

Experience with social listening tools to understand brand sentiment and competitor analysis.

A passion for e-commerce and an understanding of its unique social media marketing considerations.
