PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Ski Resort Services Support Representative plays a vital role in managing enrollment verification and group organization within ski school operations. You will ensure that all students possess valid lesson and lift tickets for their respective ski programs and dates. By utilizing a handheld device to scan tickets and IDs, you will help organize groups by program type, ski ability level, and designated break locations. This position also includes maintaining a clean and organized Snow Park Lodge and Plaza while providing exceptional guest service. RESPONSIBILITIES: Utilize the flaik application on both handheld and desktop devices. Perform tasks in various indoor and outdoor locations regardless of weather conditions. Verify class lists and manually adjust information as needed between systems. Ensure accurate data imports for class information. Assist instructors with questions and handle any technical issues related to the flaik system. Ensure all scanning equipment is in proper working order. Provide assistance with guest inquiries and resort information. Maintain cleanliness and organization in Snow Park Lodge and Plaza areas. Complete additional duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods. Demonstrated excellent communication and guest service skills. Availability to work seven days a week, with shifts of 4 to 8 hours based on business needs. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and web applications. Strong multitasking abilities with great attention to detail. Organized and motivated, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Capability to stand and walk for long periods. DEER VALLEY SKIER SERVICES EXPECTATIONS: Exhibit a strong work ethic. Function effectively as a team player. Interact professionally with all colleagues and management. Communicate any suggestions or concerns to management promptly. Uphold professional standards in speech and conduct while on duty. Support and adhere to Deer Valley resort policies and procedures.
