In this position, you will lead strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and enhance collaboration across departments. As the head of the Founder's Office, you will oversee pivotal business priorities and develop and implement a leadership operating model. A key aspect of your responsibilities will be to accelerate business operations by integrating AI technologies and automations to optimize processes. Ideal candidates should have 6-12+ years of experience in operations and/or strategy, with a strong foundation in management consulting, operations at high-growth tech firms, investment banking, or any combination thereof.
